Excellent way to add subscribe box and update using post notification

After hunting through lots of plugins all I wanted was a simple name and email subscribe box and the ability to email subscribers when I update a post. simple no bells and whistles. This great plugin does what it says on the tin, emails subscribers, excellent many thanks !!
