Excellent – very customizable

This is an absolutely brilliant plugin. Having a basic understanding of the DOM will helt you a long way, and of course a knowledge of CSS can make this too make wonders for your tables. The reusability of modules and table-types are what really seems appealing to me. I hate websites with inconsistent design. TablePress makes it extremely easy to have a sit-wide consistency in all of your tables.
I conjunction with the Custom CSS and JS plugin you can really make some magic with your tables, but even as a standalone plugin the ways you can easily modify your tables with a few ticks in boxes makes for a great plugin for beginners as well as seasones WordPress users/developers.
I use the TablePress plugin in conjunction with the Custom CSS and JS plugin, but you can also add the JS in the Default Custom Code menu in WordPress and adding a little jQuery can make for some truly dynamic tables with color changing cells depending on contant, etc.
But even without this the plugin still provides you with plenty of bells and whistles such as dividin table into set number of lines, user enabled sorting on columns (you specify which columns are sortable), etc. The possibilities are endless.
Bi other table plugin will ever be needed. Needless to say this plugin works seamlessly with Gutenberg.
The plugins scalability makes it a must for beginners as well as seasoned developers.
