Excellent tool for events

I’ve been using EE4 for a couple of years now, and I’m very happy about it. My use is for events with optional classes and online payment, and 500 or so attendees. EE4 provides just the tools to handle that. I have never had site problems caused by EE4, which I can’t say is true of some other plugins that I’ve used far less. An unexpected benefit is that, once I had things figured out, the next event is a simple copy/paste/update since an “event” is just a post. In my view, you can do things for events that WooCommerce won’t facilitate, or at least not without a bunch of add-ons and work.

So why not 5 stars? #1-seems to take a lot of PHP resources to run, but to be fair, the plugin is doing a lot; and #2-it’s a small company so documentation can be a little…lacking. I’ve gotten good tech support when I’ve needed it, but on the whole I’d be happier to not need as much support as I have.
