Excellent support plugin… and excellent plugin support!

I’m a big fan of Fluent plugins having installed CRM, Forms and Social Ninja, so getting Fluent Support was a no-brainer. The plugin is like the others: well-designed, very light in resources, with a great interface, and having all these interacting with each other in a unified ecosystem is a real bonus.
The support plugin is still new so it has room to grow, but Fluent provide great support, are taking feature requests on board and in my experience they do improve the products at a fast pace, listening to user feedback. The email piping feature is great, even if it would need some kind of spam filtering options.
Apart from a few teething issues that are about to be patched or have been patched already, there isn’t much missing. I’ve made a few feature requests but Fluent Support has already replaced our previous support plugin on our production site, and that was an excellent plugin already!
