Excellent Support on the Pro Version

I had a bit of a special use case, where I thought this plugin would provide the functionality that I needed. Unfortunately it didn’t work out of the Box due to the way the users were getting their permissions on the Downloads via a Subscription to another linked product. I posted for help on the Square One Media website forum. The plugin Author immediately understood the issue I was having with my use case, and said he would look into a way to resolve it. About a week later I got a response to the forum post that the plugin had been updated, and the new version added the functionality that I needed. Amazing support for an inexpensive plugin.
