Excellent support, great plugin

I’m tjc-thomas’ co-founder and we’ve been using this plugin on our site. It worked great although there was a css conflict with our site which uses the enfold template. The conflict caused the bird s author box to look slightly broken (but functionality was still perfect). Still it worked, and my experience with contacting plugin devs hadn’t been great so I refrained from contacting Frederick. However, I put it on my to-do list and once I got around to it yesterday, I decided I would just make a thread on the support forum. Frederick replied within hours and completely fixed the issue for me with some CSS modifications. I was extremely impressed by his response time and professionalism.
