Excellent support for a neophyte

I can’t say enough good things about Hudson Atwell and InboundNow. The plugins are excellent. To me, however, the most important area is the tremendous degree of support provided directly by Hudson. He takes an interest in every problem and won’t rest until he can solve the problem. He becomes your friend in need. Too many companies boast of wonderful support forums but you discover that they are anything but. My responses were quick, informative and easy to follow. Hudson even did a small video to show where I was making my mistake. It is no wonder that InboundNow plugins are so popular. He wants his customers to be satisfied. At the same time, he can discover things that might be added to future templates or plugins. So thanks very much Hudson. I’m sure we’ll talk again.
