Excellent support for a great free plugin!

We use this plugin in the free version for 2 sites. Today we had a problem with the plugin.
I went to their website and saw a chat support icon. I didn’t think they would answer instantly, specially not having the pro version. But I sent a message just in case. In less than 5 minutes I received an answer with a solution which worked PERFECTLY.

We are an IT Support company and really appreciate such a good support. Specially in a free plugin.
