Support has declined, issues outstanding for months

  • Previously I was happy with the plugin however recently the plugin has issues, the fade animations of some of the templates were not carried across with updates, the slide animation is no longer working, it only slides. Even though fade is selected it’s still just sliding. 1 week and a day ago I made a support request and it’s not been responded to, so it seems support for the plugin is declining.

    In addition it’s annoying that updates seemingly break certain aspects of the plugin and you spend ages trying to fix it, updates should not be released if they create other display issues which then need to be resolved with a future update. In addition there is some strange issues like the font on a 2nd slider H1 Header on homepage is just plain font text (like arial) and not the same font as the primary 1st slide even though both have the same font selected. I can’t work out a solution yet.
