Excellent Support and Responsiveness

The ratings functions are extraordinary, and the whole product design appears to be top-notch. Most important in my case, however, was the support and responsiveness. I purchased the pro version primarily for the user reviews feature (more than the ratings feature) which was probably a dumb decision on my part since the product is first-and-foremost a ratings plugin. Dario was immediately responsive to my questions — I mean responding to my email in three minutes! Ultimately, I asked for a refund because the plugin didn’t meet my particular needs on the reviews side, and I was granted one – again, within minutes! So, while the product ended up not working out for me, I was totally impressed by the professionalism of the team. Clearly, they care first and foremost about their users’ satisfaction. Highly recommended vendor!
