Excellent support

We’ve had an issue with some feature that the plugin doesn’t necessarily support, I contacted their support team to wonder if they could be of any help, not only were they able to help. They took on our question and made it a feature within the plugin. Worth five stars for the support, but the software itself is also solid and does exactly what we need in a fast and innovative way. If I had to find something to complain about, it’s that the documentation isn’t really aimed at developers. So if you need to do custom work, you have to find out a lot out from the (well documented) code instead of an official documentation like the WordPress Codex.
