Exceptional support from Bruno on the development team. We were having problems with failed importations, for which he provided a fix to our database after being given admin access, and proactively pointed out a possible conflict with another plug in. Then when we were having problems with the importation of a particular job feed (which was the error of the creator of the feed, and no fault of the plug in’s developers), he provided us with some custom code to eliminate the troublesome field from the import process. Both within a couple of days.
Above and beyond support if you purchase a full license. Highly recommended!
