Excellent Support … At First

    So I spoke too soon – The support was great, until I wrote my review (which they asked for multiple time).

    After I wrote my review, support decreased significantly. There is a CRITICAL failure in their contact form where “directorist.com” has been flagged by cloudshare and google as a spam website and thus emails send from the contact listing owner function are not actually sent to the listing owner (it says successful on the website but is not sent – have confirmed with both cloudshare and google).

    Directorist has known about this – as well as the solution (both google and cloudshare have given me the same information on how they need to fix it) SINCE NOV 18 2023 and it still is not fixed despite multiple contacts to support. The fix is simply removing directorist.com from the email header…

    I moved to Geodirectory – you get what you pay for I guess.

    Or just never write a review for directorist – like I said they were great before I wrote it.


    ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM 10/2023:
    I have been using directorist to make my website for about 2 months now. The support has been top notch – very responsive and generally get an answer within 48 hours including custom coding for site specific needs.
