• Most efficient help in getting rid of an error on my non-pro Spider Calendar. I thought help would be difficult as the issue was on their free calendar, so was more than pleasantly surprised with the quick response to my initial email and very impressed with the speed with which the error was resolved. Thank you!

    The issue recurred on future updates, however, Spider supported over the Christmas period with limited staff and have now eradicated the problem permanently (I’ve had about 5 updates now without issue). Great liaison all the way!
