Excellent Support

  • I had an issue which was simply cosmetic and didn’t effect the import at all.
    Importer works perfectly and I had it importing but I had to map features coming in that I really didn’t want so I just asked support if there was a way of ignoring certain features.
    Diego and Edgar from Soflyy replied with 2 solutions to the problem which both work and now I don’t have to map features to dummy placeholders.
    Resolved very quickly and spot on. Thanks Diego and Edgar.
