Excellent, Speedy Support!!!

I was having trouble connecting my Instagram account due to an update in API. I reached out to the support team via the chat and was helped immediately. Realizing that my issue would best be supported via a live call, the chat technician asked me if I was available to jump on a call. At that point, I was sent a google video chat link and Gaurav Gupta hopped on the call to walk me through the reconnection. He was very knowledgeable and professional, from start to finish. I really appreciated the fact that he was able to help me solve my problem and his personable approach as we worked through it.

I develop websites for many clients and am oftentimes dependent on well-run plugins and technical support teams. Through and through, I have been very impressed by Tagembed as a plugin, as my clients love the opportunity for beautiful social media feed displays. Although I do not anticipate running into any more issues with the plugin, I will say that as a support team, they are top-notch! Thanks for the help Gaurav and Tagembed team!
