Excellent Solution!

Simple, unobtrusive and easy-to-use. Basically, it gives you a nice clean UI for creating sidebars and assigning them (with drag and drop) to pages, posts or any other type of content, including custom post types. I like that this is done via the “Theme Sidebars” menu item, keeping the widget area clean.
