Excellent Service provided by Themeshopy!!

I am immensely pleased with the Themeshopy customer support!! I had an issue with the default copyright text at the footer of my page. I sent an email to the Themeshopy customer support, and within a day or two they replied with instructions of how I can possibly fix the issue. I tried the suggestions but they didn’t work, and so I followed up with another email to Themeshopy’s customer support and almost immediately they replied with offering to log in and fix the issue for me.

We set up a session and Themeshopy’s Shivani went in and fixed the nagging issue in the code in an impressively quick time! Then I asked her to look at a similar format issue in the header, and she without hesitation exhibited excellent customer service and fixed that code issue in the header format, as well.

I highly recommend Themeshopy, and their amazing responsive customer support team!!
