Excellent service for simple plugin

I’m a super noob for programming. Couldn’t figure out how to make small CSS tweaks to this plugin (which was working out of the box) and the developers responded within a few hours. They were curteous and didn’t talk down to me. Fantastic plugin for sticky menus.
