Excellent Service

We took the Estatik Pro product but requested a lot of additional bespoke work. Estatik were one of only two companies we approached who said they would be able to undertake the additional work and the only one to offer us mock-ups of the additional pages before we committed.

This was hugely important to us after working with another developer who did not provide what we were looking for. Indeed, it was this pro-activity which made us decide to work with Estatik.

Estatik worked patiently with us throughout to design and develop this and were open to any tweaks that we suggested. They also made recommendations themselves. We received regular feedback and updates throughout the build and testing.

Whilst the work did take longer than scheduled, Estatik did compensate us for this without us asking so we are still happy to give five stars.

I would recommend them for their willingness to engage, ‘never say no’ attitude and ongoing service.
