excellent service

I installed malcare as one of my websites was hacked. Ofcourse I tried several free plugins first but they did not do the job. On the first run, the malcare dashboard also reported it was not able to clean my site automatically. So a button appeared to let the malcare support team do it by hand, free of additional charge. A few hours later I received message all was clean now. So good service.

But then I found several functionalities of the site did not work anymore, Divi acted strange, could not access media library etc. So I asked Malcare if the could help analyze the problem. They manually fixed problems on the server and files that were not in the WP folders to fix the problem. More than I could have expected. So I say, support is better than good, really excellent service. Absolutely worth the 90 USD.
