Excellent Search Tool and Customer Service

  • Over our one-month free trial, Doofinder has been working great with our site. Doofinder has all the features we need. We’ve seen increased sales of ~25% that we attribute to Doofinder. In theory, this will only get better as Doofinder’s AI learns more about our users. For the end user, Doofinder is lightning-quick in returning responses, looks excellent, and is easy to use. The price spooked my company initially, but so far Doofinder easily pays for itself.

    Our Doofinder representative, Daniel, was excellent. Responsive and professional. He patiently answered my myriad questions about the software and modifications for our specific use case, and he made helpful suggestions about configuring the software.
