Excellent Product With Spectacular Support!

Our NFP organization has been using this product for several years now and every so often there’s a hiccup, usually due to our custom theme. Tech support has been superb – quick to respond, knowledgeable and in most cases, they will fix the problem even if it’s not directly with their product (like in our case). I’ve been in IT for over 25 years now so I’ve seen plenty of both good and bad tech support. This company not only stands behind their product but they have what I consider some of the best tech support in the business. Really just can’t say enough good things about them!
