Excellent product & support

I have this installed on three sites and it is easy to work with. I had a little trouble exporting comments from a site with a lot of history but their support team was excellent and did a great job addressing the issue.

Easy to install, manage, and most of all end-users have no trouble with it regardless of the social network they are using, comments back and fourth and replies look good and work well too!
