• FluentCRM gives me control of my user data much better than an external email host. I save money. I don’t need to send and retrieve flags from WordPress to an external database. Support is excellent.
    FluentCRM can and should improve its WordPress admin area. I find it difficult to manage sending emails because I get stuck between the email template and the emails I intend to send. For example, the only way I found to continue a campaign is to go back to my template and start a new email campaign. Maybe there is a better way, but I could not find it.
    Also, I would like FluentCRM to email me when a new user signs up or unsubscribes. It is supposed to be possible, but I cannot find how to do this.
