    They are doing an excellent job with their plugin and updates and continuous improvements.

    Their response to issues or troubleshooting has been great.

    I love their add’ons and compatible integrations with 3rd party plugins giving a massive range of options for any marketplace.

    @hotnuts21 I have received prompt help with the premium support channel but also good response in the forums.

    I’m also subscribed to all the forums and to be fair I see lots of questions that I feel are not issues with the plugin and more about different marketplace owners wanting to try to fit the marketplace tools works with the many (almost limitless) different marketplace combinations.

    Over the 18 months that I have been with the plugin I have seen impressive evolution to the product and maturity to the support of the plugins.

    Wc Lovers I have, and after a 4 day wait I got a response, to which I replied and now 10 days later I’m still waiting for a response.

    @thrivingceo thats good to hear, maybe they have just gotten too popular recently. I find the forum support is either non existent or says something like ‘its another plugin clear your cache’. Your right there are a lot of people trying to make it fit their needs, but there are also a lot of genuine problems, which seem to get ignored.

    – Possible. Due to current situation we are running with a very small team, so it’s difficult to provide proper support over all channels.

    We have already disable our customization service. Mostly focused on “premium support”.
