Excellent plugin + professional and kind customer care

  • The plugin is very easy to use even for people who are not technically very expert.
    It is possible to clone and test all sorts of sites including those with multilingual functions like WPML.
    For those who have not upgraded to the paid/premium Pro version I highly recommend it. The support documentation and videos on the site are extensive. But for those more difficult issues the level of customer support is very impressive. Support tickets are responded to quickly – with courtesy, clarity, and care. If resolving issues is too difficult there is reliable support to help fix the problem. I was at my wits end recently when my hosting company migrated my sites to a new server and my staging sites did not connect. But I was relieved and impressed by the kind and professional support I received. Especially massive thanks to Fayyaz for his patience and skill. I would give 50 stars here if I could!
