Excellent Plugin, easy to set up, great documentation

I have used this plugin on a couple sites now and it just works. I wouldn’t say it’s for beginners since there isn’t much of an interface, but if your comfortable with simple html and css this plugin will give you the ability to easily control the look and feel of your form.
