Excellent plugin but no support provided

I have an issue with the plugin and posted on its support forum 4 months ago, but still no answer.. ??

It’s a shame that the author does not have the time to support its creation, because the plugin itself is super useful and I’ve been using it for years on several websites.. I’m forced to find an alternative that is updated more frequently and has better support.
