Excellent plugin/app/customer service

I’ve had some negative experiences with other live chat plugins and their mobile apps (which are absolutely necessary to most businesses I think). Jivo chat has been the exception…it’s great at what it does and the pricing is competitive. I have the live chat app installed on both my Mac and my iPhone and both work flawlessly, with great UI’s. Easy to use customizing options, self-explanatory functionality, and responsive customer service. Seriously, well done.
