Excellent plugin and great support, but…

<p>This plugin works as advertised and outputs excellent results from various sources. Several options are already in the free version and the support is really efficient.</p>
<p>PS: just downgraded it as I realize it is not very handy for Classic Editor users as you need to create the shortcode outside the editor each and every time you need to embed a PDF and also because there is no way to change the viewer’s background colour, something that is really very basic.</p>
