Hello. I’ve been stuck trying to add a link to buttons. I looked at a video tutorial and other info, but when I add the button and click on it, no ‘WordPress tooltip’ is coming up for me to add a link.. and I don’t know what else to try.

I can add the button text, that’s fine.. but clicking on it does nothing. What should I do?
    Thanks.

  • Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

The WordPress tooltip should come up. And glad to know that the WordPress tooltip is now showing.

Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance.

Hi, We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We faced difficulties due to an extended internet shutdown in Bangladesh. Although some ISPs are now able to offer connections, the internet speed remains very slow. Despite these challenges, we are making every effort to support our users. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I have thoroughly checked this issue and attempted to replicate it. Here on my end, the button group block is functioning correctly in both the backend and frontend environments. Image for reference .

Can you send me more details about your issue. Screenshots or a short video would be better. Also if you can share me the details about your environment. So that I can recreate the same environment and replicate the issue.

You can try clearing/purging the cache , and check .
