Excellent plugin and even better support :)

So, as we all know the plugin is excellent. It’s hugely versatile and even then you can customize it further. But what I truly wanted to highlight here is the level of support they have, at least if you buy the Pro package as I did. So, here’s my story:
I’ve reached out two times to them asking for various custom uses I could achieve with the plugin. Both times they have answered very promptly. The first time the person helping me had actually thought about the challenge in a very broad way and come up with novel ways to address it, and, recorded a video of him explaining these solutions and doing them onscreen. Nice!
The next time was even better as the support person went to great lengths with helping me out, while it was really evident that what I wanted to do with the plugin fell out of the scope of its usual behavior and thus the scope of the support you’d usually get in such cases. We went back and forth thinking the challenge through, writing lengthy emails on it.
And finally, in both cases, I got my challenges solved. Furthermore, it really felt that the support was keen on helping me to solve them, which, I can say, is not really the standard case with IT support oftentimes.
And, let me just emphasize that if you’re seriously developing your site, you will encounter situations when it’s nice to have someone to help you tailor the plugin to your needs. Of course, I had the pro package and so better support, but isn’t this (and always should be, however, it necessarily isn’t) the point if you’re paying for stuff.
So, all in all, I can just warmly recommend this plugin–not only for what it is in itself but also for its amazing support.
