    Another idea: maybe you can also add theme google fonts removal option, similar to option that autoptimize has, for those who can’t find their fonts in theme.

    Yes, this is on my list of to-do’s, but with all these sunny days lately (and work), I haven’t gotten around to it yet.

    I’ll try to release something somewhere in the next few weeks!

    I just wanted to let you know that in the new release, the ‘Remove Google Fonts’ option is integrated!

    It is experimental, though. Because different themes/plugins use different ways to implement Google Fonts in their plugins. Let’s just say that the new option removes the Google Fonts that are implemented in the way Google advises it.
