Excellent plug-in!

Works exactly like I want it to.
My only issue is that I have lots of pages so having to scroll through them can get tedious. The +/- expand/collapse helps, it’s just within the pages list that there’s a lot to scroll through. It’s good that the list is in alphabetical order though, and the hierarchy is there in brackets too which also helps.
