Excellent Performance of PagePulse & Feature Suggestions

    Hi,

    First of all, congratulations on the great work with PagePulse! I’ve installed it on my website (wpdistrib.com) and I’m pleased to report that the plugin performs exceptionally well without degrading my Google PageSpeed scores. It’s a fantastic addition to my WordPress setup.

    That being said, I’d like to share a few feature suggestions that could further enhance the plugin:Feature Suggestions

    1. Home Page Disable Option: It would be very useful to have the ability to disable the page transition effect specifically on the homepage, or selectively on certain pages.
    2. Page-Specific Transitions: Consider adding a feature that allows different transition effects to be applied per page, with configuration options at the page level within the WordPress editor.
    3. Loading Icon/Indicator: For pages with heavier content, it might improve user experience to have a small loading icon or animation during the transition, indicating to users that the page is still loading and preventing them from thinking the site is stuck.
    4. Adjustable Transition Time: It would be useful to let users configure the duration of the page transition, either globally or on a per-page basis, depending on the site owner’s needs.

    I’ve developed a complete slidespage setup for my WPDistrib project, where transitions play a crucial role. I’m considering integrating PagePulse into my next release of the WPDistrib package, as its smooth performance makes it ideal for these kinds of dynamic sites.Freemium Model Suggestion

    If you plan to introduce a paid version, I’d recommend maintaining a solid freemium model with basic transitions and configurations available for free. Advanced features could be part of the paid tier, which would allow users to upgrade when necessary without alienating those who rely on free plugins for simpler websites.
