excellent!! only plug-in that actually reCaptcha Contact Form 7 (click for more)

tested a few plug-ins, that list contact form 7 as integrated, the problem is it’s integrated in a pro version $$ (that’s okay I don’t have a problem with that), except that they don’t list it as such, you only find that out after you install.

So use this plug-in for out-of-the-box integration contact form 7, and support them if you can!!!
