Excellent Notification Bar

I tried a few different notification bar plugins before, and none of them filled my requirements. This one is the best of all I have tried to this day. I’m using the pro version, and it is fully customizable. I had a couple of issues, and they assisted me fast and efficiently.

The only thing I miss is a targeting rule for multilingual sites. You can set different bars for different languages with the existing targeting rules, but you must do a workaround, and it can be quite tricky to get all working properly. BTW, if you do so, you will certainly stand out from competitors. I haven’t found any plugin really good at handling notification bars for multilingual sites.
