I decided to try this out after my host decided to eliminate backups unless you pay a big extra charge. Maybe all the well-known hosts are doing this? Anyway, I went shopping.

I found this plugin easy to use, and very flexible, allowing you to choose between many different storage options.

This is a very nice solution at a reasonable price!
