Excellent form builder, excellent value!

I want to sing the praises of Formcraft! I have used both the cloud and WP plugin versions, and both are fantastic!

For beginners, Formcraft gives you everything you need without writing a line of code. For designers like myself, the flexibility to make forms look and behave like I want them to is head-over-heels better than dozens of other alternatives I looked at. Most of them don’t offer pixel-perfect CSS control of the form design. If that’s what you seek, this is the one!

I also want to commend Customer Service. Nishant, the main contact, always gets back to me with solid answers, usually within 24 hours. He is extremely courteous, and takes the time to consider my many questions.

Price-wise, either plugin or cloud versions are equal to or better than other choices.

If you have a WordPress site, I’d definitely recommend using the WP plugin version as it seems to have a few more features that can take advantage of the WP platform.

As far as transferring data to external DB’s in real time, you need a bit of tech knowledge to do this which I do not have, but you can also just download form results to a .CSV, no problem, and there are add ons to transfer data to Google Sheets, Dropbox and other cloud services.

I have been using Formcraft for several years, and look forward to keeping it around for years to come! Keep up the good work!
