• I’m a plugin developer myself who spent a fair amount of time trying various support ticket systems. I purchased the pro version of this plugin and I’ve been extremely satisfied with it.

    Setting up email piping (where an email to something like support@ gets converted into a ticket) was a piece of cake and has worked flawlessly. There are a ton of things you can customize and having the interface be fully ajax (no page reloads) makes it quick to work with.

    Highly recommended.
