Excellent features, great support

I have both the paid and the free versions on a couple of WordPress sites. In one case we have successfully used Wordfence to block ip addresses and even whole countries from our eCommerce site. Since we only sell in the US, it’s nice to block out intruders. In the other case we use it as an affordable way to safeguard our site where our hosts security package is far too expensive.
After a recent upgrade I had a problem with my scan completing. The tech support team at Wordfence was excellent. They helped guide me through the fix and even followed up the next day to ensure things were working well.
Very happy with this solution.
