    This plugin works as expected right out of the box, but I had some specific requirements that I needed for a website. Once I upgraded to the Pro Version (which added some much needed functionality!), the Customer Support created (and added) some special coding to my Pro version to facilitate my special requirements – at no additional cost (above upgrading to the Pro version)! They were super-quick to respond and clearly explained to me everything they did! I am quite pleased with everything and highly recommend all versions of this plugin! Thank you, PMPro, for all that you have done!

    I just wanted to clarify for others that the version of PMPro in the wp.org repository is the full version. However a paid membership is required to download some of our add ons from our site, which you are probably referring to when you say “much needed functionality”). https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/

    Getting PMPro (and WordPress in genereal) to work exactly as you need can be challenging. We pride ourselves for going above and beyond in the paid member forums, and I really appreciate you sharing your experience here.
