Excellent customer support!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a newbie so the learning curve is steep with all of this. Having excellent customer support is critical with this. What I appreciated is that I was able to email back and forth with the support person to drill down to the issues I was having. Many times it is more than one issue. This approach is not done by all plugin authors and I want to give a shout out to those who go the extra mile with this approach. Some will only use the forum for posting back and forth and this can take longer. I now could not live without this important plugin. This plugin makes it worth moving from blogger since now I can see and block the bots. It was a real eye opener to see how many times a day my site is being attacked. I upgraded to the paid version to block most countries since I sell mostly in the U.S. This really helped free me up since there are so many bots from certain countries and I didn’t have time to block all of them. They are constantly attacking throughout the day and night. It was totally worth the upgrade and the support. I highly recommend you try this free plugin to see how bad the attacks are and to upgrade to block certain countries that harbor these bots and bad guys. I like to give a particular shout out to Asa for helping me get this all set up correctly : ) I did have problems getting email authentication for the plugin and signing up for their blog posts but when I brought it to their attention they QUICKLY took care of it and turned my first impressions around. After having the WORST experience with another author I just had to make sure that this better author gets due credit for standing out and they really set the bar higher with all this from a newbie’s perspective.
