Excellent customer service

I’m using the FREE version of Astra, and couldn’t get the Smart Slider 3 plugin to work with it.

Got a response from Customer Support a day later, with the problem resolved.

I should point out that the problem lay in the plugin’s settings, not the Astra theme. For the theme’s creator’s to resolve this for a non-paying customer is outstanding support.

I’ll add that Astra is a really good, customisable lightweight theme. I chose it for its compatability with Elementor page builder, and it hasn’t let me down.
