Excellent Customer Service

  • I am building an e-commerce site for my company using Word Press with Woo Commerce. I installed WP All Import and used it to populate my products database with various info (names, description, part number, price, etc). Once I got the import setup correctly, it worked flawlessly.

    This is the first Word Press / Woo Commerce site I have built so I am learning as I go. I have contacted support twice for assistance with syntax on the import. Both times my issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. I consider that above and beyond for a free piece of software! I will be buying the PRO version in the near future.
