Excellent customer service

I tried out the free version of this plug-in, which in itself is great, but decided to upgrade to Premium to take advantage of the approved legal texts and multi-language options. I had a query and customer service replied literally within minutes. The whole process, which has the potential to be pretty complex, is made very straightforward with links to useful explanations where needed. A great plug-in and well worth the small sum (for my single freelance website) to upgrade.
