Excellent Communication and Support – Recommend Plugin 100%

I have had this plug-in for over a year, and have not had any hiccups, until recently.
I wrote the support staff, and they quickly got back with me (during the holiday’s) and promptly figured-out my glitch.
It wasn’t their plug-in that was at fault, it was a new plug-in that I installed, that was causing errors.
Problem solved it by, uninstalling plugin (temporarily), while sending out my newsletter, and then reinstalling it again.
Also, I used IE vs. Chrome, because it was a google+ plug-in that was giving me the error.
Gustavo (support tech) was very helpful and professional in finding my error, and got me back-up within 20 hours…yeah, did I mention it was the holiday’s! hehe
