Excellent Chatbot, communicate with them on facebook

The Auto Reply messages answer most people’s question. if they ask anything not answered by them, I can easily jump in and reply. they can log in as a guest or log in with their Facebook. if they log in with their Facebook I can communicate with them whenever I like and it goes to their Facebook vs normal chatbots once they leave the website you cant talk to client anymore.
