Excellent but slow?

Hello there,

Your plugin works like a charm and I even bought the PRO version.

However, I have noticed some performance issues in WP admin section. Sometimes it gets stuck when I update my content.

This is something I never experienced before I installed SEO Press & Pro.

Is there a way to test what causing the issue?
